RESERVATION INFO:

Reservations are encouraged for best selection or to secure accomodations for popular time frames

  • Reservations require payment in full at the time of making reservations.
  • Must be 21 years of age to reserve & camp.
  • All hookup sites, cabins and RV rentals require a 2 night minimum weekend stay.
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day require a 3 night minimum stay.
  • We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
  • Personal check or major credit card (no debit cards) must be presented at check in for $100 security deposits on cabin, park model, cottage and golf carts.
  • Reservations not secured by deposit will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 7 days from the time the reservation is made.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please Review Carefully!

  • Cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival will allow guests a choice of a refund less a $25 administrative fee or Certificate of Credit for full amount paid.
  • Cancellations 7-13 days prior to arrival date will receive a Certificate of Credit less $25 admin. fee.
  • Cancellations 6 days or less prior to arrival are subject to forfeiting all money paid on reservation.

We apologize but camping is an outdoor experience and discomforts of nature do not qualify for any refunds. scheduling of staff and planned activities are based on reservations which is the basis for enforcing our cancellation policy. We appreciate that personal situations may change at short notice such as illness or work schedules however we enforce our policy regardless.
